My role focuses on owning the delivery process for client accounts. I coordinate day-to-day delivery across specialists, manage client operational communication, maintain 100% CRM accuracy, track performance and KPIs, QA all deliverables, and ensure all actions are completed on time and to Make Me Local’s quality standards. I also support the Account Manager by providing clear delivery updates, performance insights, and early risk identification.

I have recently joined Make Me Local and am currently focused on onboarding, learning internal processes, and supporting smooth delivery across my pod.

I enjoy being the operational link between strategy and execution. I find satisfaction in bringing plans to life, maintaining clarity across moving parts, and ensuring clients receive high-quality, measurable outcomes.

I have strong hands-on experience in account delivery, digital marketing operations, and performance tracking, with working knowledge of SEO, PPC, content, CRO, and analytics. I actively continue professional learning to strengthen integrated delivery.

I built my career in digital marketing and account support roles, where I gained experience managing delivery workflows, coordinating with specialists, tracking performance, and supporting client success. Over time, I specialised in operational account delivery, combining process, data, and communication to drive results.

A fun fact about account delivery is that success is often measured by what doesn’t go wrong -smooth execution, accurate tracking, and proactive risk management prevent issues before clients ever notice them.

Outside of work, I enjoy continuous learning, staying organised through planning systems, and focusing on personal development and creative projects. I enjoy playing pickleball to stay active, challenging myself with a good game of chess, and make time to reconnect with nature as a way to recharge and come back re-energised.
